The Nordic countries gathered in Brønnøysund
The Nordic eGovernment Conference (picture) targets managers and other staff with strategic eAdministration responsibilities in the Nordic countries. The topics this year included open data, common components and user friendliness. Sixty-five participants from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland gathered in Brønnøysund for two days, and each country gave a presentation of how they work.
'We have received good feedback from the conference participants, who say that the conference has developed into a useful arena,' says Hilde Kristin Storvig from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
The participants also took the opportunity at the conference banquet to honour the Director General of the Brønnøysund Register Centre Erik Fossum, who retired a few days after the conference.
